What Number are the Huskers??!!!

For a couple months my mommy and daddy have been preparing me for Nebraska Football Season. They have continued to ask me, "Calyn, what number are the Huskers?" and hold up one finger to show me. Well little do they know, they really didnt need to teach me that, I've known all along! I'm a smart girl! My response to them is of course, "Duh, NUMBER ONE", with my pointer finger held high. I am actually really good at showing them what number I think they are with my finger.... and they laugh every time :)

Well, Nebraska played Game #1 on Saturday, and of course they kicked but. ONE DOWN!!  We enjoyed watching the game and celebrating with Aunt Carey, Jason and my cousin Kyley! I know my mom and daddy had a good time and certainly Kyley and I enjoyed playing and cheering our team on in our cute little cheerleading outfits..........

They wanted us to sit still and smile for the camera, ya right, who cares about the camera,

Kyley was showin me how to do some cheerleading kicks....

then.....she wanted to show me how to do a back flip but her mommy wouldn't let go of her!

 She's good at this cheerleading thing!

 At half-time we had to take a short break from the game and our cheerleading practice and play around a little! Kyley has too many fun toys to just let them sit! Aunt Carey wanted to to check Kyley's diaper to see if she needed a change, so I was just lifting up Kyley's Skirt to see how I could help :) ha!

THANK GOODNESS FOR NEBRASKA FOOTBALL...IV'E LEARNED IT MEANS ALOT OF FUN TIMES WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS, AND OF COURSE SOME GOOD CHEERLEADING PRACTICE!
